Privacy policy

This policy explains how reala11y, operated by Fellow Codes (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us"), handles information on the reala11y.com website and in the reala11y WordPress plugin. Our approach is to collect as little as possible and to keep your data — and your visitors' data — yours.

Data we collect

• Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly — to record aggregate, anonymized page views. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.
• Newsletter. If you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you give us, with your explicit consent, to send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
• Plugin licensing. If you activate a premium license, Freemius (our merchant of record) processes your purchase and, with your opt-in, basic environment data for license validation and support. The free plugin's usage tracking is opt-in and can be declined.
• AI features (bring your own key). Your API key is stored encrypted in your own WordPress database. AI requests go directly from your site to the provider you chose. We never see, receive, or store your API key or your AI responses.

Cookies

The reala11y.com website does not use tracking cookies; our analytics are cookieless. During a premium purchase, Freemius may set cookies necessary to complete checkout, governed by their privacy policy.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of reputable processors, each under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (website hosting, CDN, and cookieless Web Analytics), Freemius (premium billing and licensing), and — only if you subscribe — our email provider. If you enable AI features, your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) processes the requests your site sends them under your own account.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not read your site's content or your AI responses. We do not share data except with the processors above as needed to provide the Service, or where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. For billing data held by Freemius, you can also contact them directly.

Data retention

We keep newsletter and license data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for your subscription or license — and delete it on request or when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal retention obligations. Aggregate, anonymized analytics are not tied to you.

International transfers

We use processors that may store data in various regions. Where data is transferred internationally, it is done in reliance on the processors' own safeguards and applicable legal mechanisms.

Children

The Service is intended for site owners and developers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
